Whether Anna’s movement was undemocratic?

Whether Anna’s movement was undemocratic?
The question has been raised by some of elite class peoples that Anna’s movement was undemocratic.
If this movement was undemocratic, then how can they justify the various movements lead by Gandhi? How they can justify the movement led by JP?   I want to ask some questions to the so called intellectuals. Whether it was possible to enact Anti Sati Act, had it not been persuaded by Raja Ram Mohan Roy? The question is how much serious our parliamentarians are? They are our servants, but behaving like a master. Whether it was possible to enact Right to Information Act without pressurizing these servants? Even after enacting the law, Indian bureaucracy is not inclined to give information to the public.
The people who have political power, money power, official powers, religious power, judicial power, etc. are the servants of public. They must behave as a servant, not as a master. They have been empowered by public. They are merely a trustee not a master. They are accountable to the public at large.
If the some rational person like Binayak Sen works for the poor, we book him under the Law. Every Law Ministers knew that IPC was enacted during British time. So many times, it came into light that Sedition provisions are to be amended as these are made to serve the British empire. Mr Moule, now you says that I will refer the case to Law Institution for their suggestions. Why not earlier? You have been there in legal field for the last more than 4 decades? Do you not know all about it?
Some people say that Anna is putting pressure on elected parliamentarians/ govt. If pressure is not built, whether you can expect a strong law which can deliver justice? How can you expect a strong law against the Ministers and Secretaries in the present situation, if there is no public pressure? Even a weak such bill has been lying without passing by the Parliament for so many years. If you feel that end result would not be justice, it is a right of the people to agitate and react-at least through Gandhian way. If the poor people use violent methods, you will name them as Naxalites.
If the parliamentarians, bureaucracy, judiciary or the whole public or private system do not do their duties judicially, then let us know what is to be done? Whether public has no right to agitate? In some of states in US, there is provision of recalling the elected representative. Whether there is a need to enact such law if public servants are not behaving in responsible way? What about private Sector. Most of black money is generated by them. They are the persons who give bribe to the bureaucrats and politicians. Do we not know that major portion of black money kept in Swiss bank or other foreign banks belongs to whom? How can we make these people accountable? This is a real question- a Yaksh question, still unanswered? Let us all find the answer to this question.
